The focus of my art is image rather than subject matter. Purity,
luminosity and high contrast of color are part of the context of my
work. A playful, childlike sense of humor woven into some pieces
account for elements and experiences which may appear out of context.
I strive to present the viewer with beauty, illusion and a sense of
multidimensional existence. |

It is my belief that man creates in order to communicated
his/her highest form of truth. The truth expressed in my work reveals
the importance I place on relationships, whether they be spatial,
personal, or universal.
By analyzing the world of relationships, I have learned much
about myself as I sought, visually, to synthesize my perceptions. It
is essential to examine each element and life experience,
individually, and to express how each relates to the other.
The writings of Carl Jung on dream interpretation have helped me
to express, symbolically, concepts and emotions which also reflect my
truth as an artist and creative soul. |
